Offcanvas Section

You can publish whatever you want in the Offcanvas Section. It can be any module or particle.

By default, the available module positions are offcanvas-a and offcanvas-b but you can add as many module positions as you want from the Layout Manager.

You can also add the hidden-phone module class suffix to your modules so they do not appear in the Offcanvas Section when the site is loaded on a mobile device.

Article VI - Contracts, Loans, Checks and Deposits

Section I. Contracts – The officers and Board of Directors may authorize any office or officers, agent or agents, to enter into any contractor execute and deliver any instrument in the name of and on behalf of the corporation, and such authority may be general or confined to specific instances.  Membership approval is required on expenditures of funds that exceed $500.00.

Section II. Loans – No loans shall be contracted on behalf of the corporation and no evidences of indebtedness shall be issued in its name unless authorized by a resolution of the members. Such authority may be general or confined to specific instances.

Section III. Checks and Drafts – All checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money, issued in the name of the corporation, shall be signed by such officer, agent or agents of the corporation and in such manner as shall from time to time be determined by resolution of the members.

Section IV. Deposits – All funds of the corporation shall be deposited within a reasonable time to the credit of the corporation in such depositories as the Board of Directors may select.
