Section I. Change of By-Laws – Any voting member at any time may submit in writing to the Secretary a proposed change in the By-Laws of the Northampton Heights – Dividing Line Property Owners Association, Inc. Any change in the By-Laws requires approval of the Board of Directors prior to presentation at a general membership meeting.
Section II. Procedures – These By-Laws may be changed at any meeting of the general membership by a two thirds (2/3) vote, provided the amendment has been submitted in writing at the previous general membership meeting or by written notice to members thirty (30) days prior to the meeting. Proxies shall not be used in voting on By-Laws. Absentee ballots will be provided by the Board of Directors and counted along with other votes at the general membership meeting.
Section III. Invalidity of By-Laws – The invalidity of any one or more of these By-Laws shall not affect the remaining By-Laws, which shall remain in full force and effect.
