Offcanvas Section

You can publish whatever you want in the Offcanvas Section. It can be any module or particle.

By default, the available module positions are offcanvas-a and offcanvas-b but you can add as many module positions as you want from the Layout Manager.

You can also add the hidden-phone module class suffix to your modules so they do not appear in the Offcanvas Section when the site is loaded on a mobile device.

Article III - Meeting

Section I.  Annual Meeting – A business meeting will be held on a Saturday, sometime during the months of June, July, August, or September, at which time the voting members will elect new members of the Board to replace the outgoing Directors; and  to conduct any other business pertaining to the Northampton Heights, or Dividing Line Subdivisions.

Special meetings of the members for any purpose may be called at any time by the President, Vice President, or by at least two (2) or more Directors.  The Secretary shall call a special meeting upon written request of twenty-five (25) percent of the qualified votes.

Section II. Notice of Meetings – Notice of meetings shall be given to the members by the Secretary.  Notice may be given to the members either personally or by mailing a copy of the notice, postage pre-paid to the address appearing on the books of the Association. (Each member shall be responsible for registering HIS or HER address or change of address with the Secretary.)

Notice of any meeting, regular or special, shall be mailed not less than fourteen (14) days in the case of special meeting, thirty (30) days for the annual meeting The notice of a special meeting shall also include the reason for the meeting.
